Three brief but incredibly intense kettlebell routines that puts America square in the middle of the Russian map of kettlebell lifting! Each workout is well rounded, blending elements of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises with the distinctive style that has established Steve Maxwell as one of today's most popular workout constructionists. Workout One This workout builds strength, flexibility and endurance. Steve starts with core kettlebell movements and complements them with key bodyweight resistant exercises to create the kind of workout that can transform a competitor into a champion. Workout Two This workout is the stuff of warriors with movements like the Gladiator and the Turkish Get-up. Master this routine and your body will be prepared to march to any battlefield and then explode into battle. Workout Three This routine begins with Kettlebell Circles and ends with Kettlebell Swings, but the trick is making it through the exercises in between. If you do, you get dessert….Leg Raises, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu style. Special Bonus Workout for survivors; Steve Maxwell's Killer Cardio Kettlebell Snatches for Power/Endurance.

wenty-nine techniques that help you achieve and maintain peak joint condition. Anyone doing any type of combative training should take a serious look at this tape, as I stated previously (while doing the book review of the same name) I never imagined doing special exercises for the joints could improve your physical condition, but it does. This tape covers a series of general exercises; these are good for pre-practice warm-ups or may even comprise an entire exercise program. General exercises are shown including those for the neck, shoulders, hands, wrist, elbows, etc. Also shown are variations on the bridge, and how to work up to one, and tension and release techniques that help kicking ability. Pavel also says the same thing Matt Fury has been saying, "Squats are great for the knees." and show several ways of working them. This tape provides a wide variety of unusual and not often seen useful exercises. Again, the book "Super Joints," and the tape make a great combination." —WR, realfighting.com, July 2002 Rated 10 out of 10 just like pavels super joints book the video is a must in my opinion.pavel does an amazing job showing the right movments and his personal presence is motivating.after doing super joints for a few days i was quik to realize that this is somthing that i will do for life.and anyone who wants to feel great throghout the day would agree with me.ive learned alot of things about my body and the importance of maintaning my often neglected joints.i learned the amazing pink panther technique wich was so easy to learn ,im amazed this technique was never showed to me by anybody before.i recomend super joints to everyone.our bodys are neglected as it is these days and this is one way to improve our lives indeed!!!!thanks pavel for shining some light my way. max. max andranov - richmond hill, Ontario Canada SUPER JOINTS, SUPER EFFECTIVE Rated 10 out of 10 I bought this dvd after purchasing Pavel's Resilient dvd and have since combined exercises from both to turn back the clock on my body. I have been powerlifting for 15 years and Kettlebelling seriously for almost 2 years and have racked up enough injuries, aches and pains to last a lifetime. After using Super Joints for about 2 weeks, the pain that the dvd Resilient didn't take away, Super Joints did. Even though Pavel recommends doing a rep for every year you have lived to get full benefits, i have received tremendous results doing 10-20 reps (not quite the prescribed number but never the less still very effective). Even though i do use exercises from both dvds, Super Joints will solve most, if not all those "pains in the necks" (not human ones, unfortanely) you have experienced. I have recommended this to a friend of mine to send to his 70 year old father and results have been positive. How do i spell relief? SUPER-JOINTS!
