Did this about a month ago and got 100 reps in 3:10.
This time I did it in 2:53.
Went 20 r, 20 l, 15 r, 15 l, 15 r, 15 l.
Tried the same scheme with presses about 5 min later.
Did 100 strict presses in 2:10.
Tempo was good for first 10-15, then it slowed a bit.
Maybe 15/15/15/15/10/10/10/10 would be quicker.
