Question

Testosterone boosters - anyone with experiences?

Have you ever tried any products? Which (including brand, since quality vaires notoriously). What were your experiences? Im tempted to waste some money on a probably-bogus ebay tribulus product such as can be seen here: http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=testosterone I am 19 and have had no sex drive whatsoever for a year. I fear (or hope, really) that the probable underlying hormonal problem is behing my disgraceful lack of progress. I know I should get blood tests done, but maybe some test-boosters would serve as a sort of diagnostic in themselves. Thanks dudes --Joe

At your age. my physician friends and authors would strongly recommend getting blood tests first before you consider even natural hormonal supplementation. Once you have those done, you will be able to get a clear picture about whether ithis is really your problem and what to do about it that might be both safe and effective. I recommend you check out www.lifeextension.com if you decide to follow up on this.

Question

RKC in Denmark from another angle

Hi, I have just become a better man, once again! But I will not talk about what we did and did not do. I must say that Keneth and Tommy did a really great job with everithing. A great hotel, a great place to train, food and everything else was prefect. But I also will not talk about them. I broke my leg playing handball two days before certification. But I decided to go to Denmark anyway, I mean, how many times can you assist Steve Maxwell and Steve Cotter, and be talk to Pavel and John Du Cane. But I will not talk about that. I could not do it if it was not for one man, and for me he is "a man among men" He was helping me for three days, he was taking care of me, looking after me and walking behind me with a chair. Not only that he is a great person, he is also a great instructor with a big amount of knowledge how to train and how to teach. He also has a few world records in powerlifting in his category, and he is very very flexible. I am talking about Steve Freides!!! So, tnahk You very much Steve, I couldnt do it without YOU!!! best, gregor

Despite having just broken his foot and being on crutches Gregor still flew in to Denmark to help as an assistant. But what truly astounded us all was that he passed his snatch test, get this, seated! We will be posting photos of his feat quite soon along with many other spectacular shots from this cert. As Gregor says, Tommy and Kenneth did a wonderful job. I was very impressed by the very high standard of skill and strength amdist th participants, that included the S&C coach for England's Liverpool football club, Juliam Monk, the actor Sam Robards (son of Jason Robards) who was extremely impressive, members of Krav Maga and numerous representatives from the Danish military. Plus assorted studs From the UK, Icelens, Sweden, Italy, the States, Germany and Switzerland. Thank you all for a terrific seminar which we look forward to conducting again next year.

I do agree with Ross's article - a conditioning program is where you work on strength and other "weak" links - you then transfer that to your goal activity through skill practice.
