C&P question

In ETK it says to do 1 arm C&P. If i am able to do double C&P, is it ok to do it instead? I know the textbook answer is NO but i want another opinion anyway. I mean double C&P means more strengthening effect on the lower body, doing more work in the same time. And double is stricter. So why not? Maybe someone with a big double press can answer, like MIke Mahler.

I would stick with the Double Clean and Press which is a kick ass full body exercise. Remember when you read books, the author cannot take you as an individual into account. Thus, take the basic message which is do one press and one pull and fine tune it to your goals. Mike Mahler

Pneumonia

I was diagnosed with pneumonia last week. I lost significant weight and still feel very tired. Training has fallen off. Hopefully this doesn't get as bad as some people on this forum have had it. Doug

Pneumonia is no joke. Make sure that you rest and full recover before resuming training. It always sucks to lose strength and conditioning, but it happens and you will bounce back fast once you are full recovred. Mike Mahler

ow to get my left leg underneath me so that I'm in something like a lunge position, but with the knee resting on the ground. It also seems like I have my arm twisted too much to keep the KB vertical as I try to stand, but I think experimenting with my grip when I start the TGU will help that.
